Brian George

Brian is Associate Adviser for Modern Languages and the International Dimension. He has a particular interest in the social justice agenda in education and is the regional coordinator for the Welsh Assembly Government’s RAISE programme, which seeks to tackle the link between socio-economic disadvantage and educational underachievement. Brian also offers support to schools on equality issues, cultural diversity and minority ethnic achievement. He also gives advice on how developing partnerships with schools in other countries can help schools address global citizenship issues.
