David Penny Jones

David Penny Jones is an Associate Adviser for ICT. He is an Estyn team inspector and an ICT Mark assessor. David is involved in providing advice on ICT related matters and whole school self-evaluation with primary schools. As an external adviser for the Central South Consortium in Wales, he has undertaken several performance management reviews with headteachers and governor representatives and has been involved in assessing Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA). David is an accredited Promethean and Smartboard interactive whiteboard trainer.
