Greg Owens

As ESIS Chief Executive, Greg Owens is responsible to the partner authorities’ Joint Committee of elected members for the running of the ESIS service.
In this role, as Chief Adviser, he leads the shared advisory service that supports all phases across the curriculum and skills areas and chairs the ESIS Board of Management. He is responsible for the direction and management of Ty Dysgu, the ESIS Conference Centre, and all of the four authorities’ staff based there.
