ESIS is proud to be working in close partnership with our four authorities Bridgend, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf as well as the Vale of Glamorgan Council, who together make up the Central South Consortium, for which ESIS currently acts as Consortium Coordinator.
ESIS is a local government organisation answerable to elected members of the four councils that make up the partnership. They operate and provide direction through the ESIS Joint Committee, which includes senior members and chief officers drawn from each partner authority.
