INSET

The ESIS Continual Professional Development programme comprises approximately 450 INSET training courses each academic year, including twilight sessions, one day courses and larger conferences. Courses are delivered by ESIS advisers, high profile guest speakers and classroom practitioners.

All courses are designed to assist teachers within the four ESIS authorities with their personal development and school improvement, with the main focus of improving children’s learning. They provide a rare opportunity for teachers to network and share best practice within a growing knowledge base.
