Since ESIS was formed in 1996 we have built a team of outstanding professionals. We rely on these dedicated, professional and talented members of staff to make ESIS a success and deliver the highest quality services to the local authorities and schools with whom we work.

Our advisory team consists of over fifty highly experienced education professionals, who enable an informed approach to school improvement. Together they provide advice and support across all curriculum areas and phases. They engage in a regular, ongoing dialogue in order to challenge performance and identify improvement activity, including setting higher but realistic targets and standards.

Our support team is committed to making everyone’s experience of ESIS an enjoyable one, supporting both individuals and schools with their development. They ensure the smooth running of the conference centre and all courses, special projects and finance through their strong relationships with our partners and outside organisations.

ESIS recognises that our success is a team effort, and that investing in our employees through developing their skills, knowledge and experience is vital and therefore continually strives to maintain our Investors in People Award.
