Projects » The BCBC Leadership Forum
Bridgend County Borough Council has used this forum to support the development of middle and senior leaders in schools for a number of years.
During this year, 22 members of the forum have visited a variety of outstanding schools, investigated leadership in the school or department and then reported back to colleagues via the forum.
We have set up this webpage to allow reports and other information to be shared easily among members of the group (the attachments below are key documents distributed among the group so far. If any member of the group has a report or other information to share, please e-mail to mike.tibbott@esis.org.uk and I will post the document here.
Could all reports be written as Word, PowerPoint or PDF files? Please check that no single document is greater than 10 megabytes in size.
