Vision and Values

ESIS aims to provide high quality advice and support to schools and other settings in a shared endeavour of giving children and young people the best education possible.

We aim to meet the needs and aspirations of the four partner local authorities by providing educational advisory services dedicated to school improvement, enabling young people to develop to their full potential.

We aim to promote collaborative and partnership working in a range of local authority settings to enhance learning and qualities of service, to enable children and young people to enjoy a safe and healthy life.

ESIS is rooted in the following values:
